DSU Step by Step Easy Returns

⭐️ Overview:
Our return and exchange services are now easier to use! Please make sure the items have all tags on and intact, uniform items are UNWORN, undamaged, and unaltered, prior to return. 

**To ensure the fastest refund times: All customers must apply shipping label and include packing slip with item(s), then drop off to any FedEx location immediately.  

🚛 Returns:

All returns are handled through our return app, and customer MUST print the label and packing slip with the return package. Customer is responsible for shipping, refund is issued once the initial package is received. 

🔄 Repurchase: 
All customer exchanges must be handled as a return and your repurchase can be made at any time as a new order. Each refund is issued on the original form of payment once the initial package is received in proper condition, with printed return packing slip.

Refunds are issued at the time of item receipt and usually hit within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. For repurchases, you may create a new order to expedite the replacement items even while your return items are still on the way back.
